Thomas Yaw and Jane Roberts

Thomas Yaw (1737–1807, son of John Yaw and Ann Cape) was baptised at Combe Florey in Somerset. He and his second wife Jane Roberts baptised nine children at Wellington [note 1]:
– John Yaw (baptised 1784)
– Ann Yaw (baptised 1785, married Thomas Taylor)
– William Yaw (1788–1802)
– Elizabeth Yaw (baptised 1790)
– James Yaw (see below)
– George Yaw (1794–1806)
– Robert Yaw (1796–1875, married Jane Gunn at Rackenford in 1822)
– Joseph Yaw (1798–1832, married Jane Cook at Tiverton in 1826)
– Jemima Yaw (1801–1857).

James Yaw (son of Thomas Yaw and Jane Roberts) was baptised at Wellington in 1792. He married Ann Wyatt at Tiverton in 1815. James and Ann baptised a son at Cullompton:
– James Yaw (baptised 1817)
and six further children at Tiverton:
– Ann Yaw (baptised 1819)
– Jane Yaw (1822–1917, married John Harvey at Tiverton in 1847) [note 2]
– Robert Yaw (baptised 1825)
– Peter Yaw (baptised 1826)
– Elizabeth Yaw (1828–1912, married Thomas Harvey in 1855) [note 3]
– James Yaw (baptised 1831).
