John Yeo (baptised at Tetcott in 1710 to parents Thomas and Mary Yeo) married Ann Austin at Tetcott in 1748. They baptised three sons at Tetcott:
– John Yeo (baptised 1750)
– Thomas Yeo (see below)
– Christopher Yeo (baptised 1757).
Thomas Yeo (baptised 1754 at Tetcott, son of John Yeo and Ann Austin) married Grace Lane at Tetcott in 1777. Their six children were baptised at Tetcott:
– Ann (baptised 1778)
– John Yeo (see below)
– Susanna Yeo (baptised 1784)
– Sarah Yeo (1787–1866, married William Gilbert
– Mary Yeo (baptised 1790, married William Jeffrey)
– Thomas Yeo (baptised 1794, married Mary Smitheram, six children).
John Yeo (baptised 1781 at Tetcott, son of Thomas Yeo and Grace Lane) married Mary Furse at Clawton in 1803. They moved to Milton Damerel, where they baptised seven children, including:

John Yeo (1804–1862, son of John Yeo and Mary Furse) married Elizabeth Allen at Milton Damerel in 1830. They moved to Thornbury and had ten children, including:
– Thomas Yeo (baptised 1831, married Agnes Nichols)

John Yeo (born at Halwill in 1838, son of John Yeo and Elizabeth Allen) married Hannah Maria Folley in 1871. They had six children, including:
– William Thomas Yeo (born 1871, married Elizabeth Rowe)
– Francis Yeo (1877–1907, married Alice Edith White)
– Henry Yeo (see below)
– Archibald Yeo (1882–1951, married Maude Evelyn Janaway).
Henry Yeo (born at Halwill in 1879, son of John Yeo and Hannah Maria Folley) married Eva Ann Chidley in 1899. They farmed at Pancrasweek and had five children:
– William Henry Yeo (1902–1868, married Margaret Mary Slee, two daughters)
– Gladys Annie Yeo (born 1905)
– Frances May Yeo (born 1913, married Finnimore John Davis Jewell)
– Archibald Richard Chidley Yeo (1915–1980, known as Richard)
– Kenneth John Yeo (1919–1990, married Eunice Jane Leach, three children).
