Samuel Yeo of Swimbridge (1774–1850) married Elizabeth Widlake at Heanton Punchardon in 1799 and they settled there. They had at eight children and at least 25 grandchildren, with many descendants in Ilfracombe and in the area around Barnstaple, but their line appears not to have been studied in any detail.
