Joseph Yeo, who married Ann Veysey at Roseash in 1769, farmed at Northwood, Chudleigh. He and Ann baptised seven children at Chudleigh:
– James Yeo (1770–1809, married Betty Laskey, one daughter)
– Mary Yeo (baptised 1772, married Charles Pinsent)
– Elizabeth Yeo (baptised 1773)
– John Yeo (baptised 1776)
– Joseph Yeo (baptised 1779, married Elizabeth Hore [note 1], seven children, emigrated to the United States)
– Ann Yeo (baptised 1783, married John Flood).
