Sarah Ann Yeo was born near South Creek, New South Wales in 1853. Her birth record is in the name Sarah Ann Adams [note 1]. Her baptism record from the Anglican church at South Creek in 1854 shows her parents as William Yeo and Sophia Adams. It is not known whether Sarah’s mother Sophia Prudence Adams later married William Yeo – who has not been identified.
Henry Charles Langton and Sarah Ann Yeo married at Millers Point, New South Wales [note 2] in 1875. They had at least eight children before Henry’s death in 1904; Sarah Ann later married John Berry at Redfern, New South Wales in 1908. She died in 1926.
