John Yea of Cannington

John Yea, a son of John and Margaret Yea [note 1], was born about 1665. He appears to have been a grandson of John Yea and Elizabeth Doble of Chipstable.

John married and had six children [note 2]:
– Mary Yea (married Thomas Hawkins)
– Arthur Yea (married Mary, two children)
– John Yea (married Sarah, three children)
– Nathaniel Yea (married Mary Row, two daughters)
– Richard Yea (married Jone Brindle, three children)
– William Yea (no information).

John was buried at Cannington in 1719. He left a will, which was proved at Taunton the same year by his wife Margery and youngest son William.
