John Yeo (1818–1886) was baptised at Lyneham, the only son of Joseph Yeo and Susanna Burchell née Gale [note 1]. He married Mary Ann Berriman at Lyneham in 1856; they had three children:
– Daniel Joseph Yeo (see below)
– Mary Jane Yeo (1862–1960, married Daniel Allen Rodway in 1900)
– George Henry Yeo (1864–1930, married Fanny Yeoman in 1902, son Edward James Yeo born 1902).
Daniel Joseph Yeo (1859–1935, son of John Yeo and Mary Ann Berriman) married Elizabeth Jeffries Sparrow in 1879. They had six children:
– William John Berriman Yeo
– Mary Maria Elizabeth Yeo (1881–1967, married John Hebert Llewellyn at Christ Church, Swindon in 1904)
– Frederick James Yeo (see below)
– Sydney Yeo (1883–1982, married Blanche Ellen Ginn in 1915, daughter Blanche Edith Jeffrys Yeo born 1915)
– Ethel Louisa Yeo (1885–1948, married Edwin Page Vince in 1912)
– Barbara Yeo (1887–1971, married Oscar Leopold Spiller in 1916).
Frederick James Yeo (1882–1937, son of Daniel Joseph Yeo and Elizabeth Jeffries Sparrow) married Sybil Annie Stride in 1913. They had four sons:
– Frederick Henry Yeo (1914–1973, married Winifred Joan Salsbury in 1940, one daughter)
– Leslie James Yeo (1915–2006, emigrated to Canada, married twice, died in Toronto)
– David John Yeo (1916–2001, married Nora Helena Tansell in 1938, one daughter)
– Peter William Yeo (1919–1985, married Alice Frances Ewen in 1941, three children [note 2]).
