John Yeo (1876–1935, also known as John Roskilly Yeo) married Wilmot Ellis at the Register Office in Redruth in 1898. They had four children:
– Howard Yeo (born 1899)
– Elizabeth Jane Yeo (1901–1972, married James Palmer Barnard)
– Lucretia Yeo (1906–1995, married George Metcalf Garland and Arthur Thomas William Garrett)
– Percy Yeo (1911-1979, married Florence Jane Curry).
