Sheila looked into this line for a correspondent in 2004 but the results were inconclusive. Devon-born James Yeo (1841–1920) and Cornish-born Mary Ann Mitchell (1842–1923) both emigrated to Australia. They married in Dubbo, New South Wales in 1896 and had five children including Thomas Henry Mitchell Yeo and James Yeo.
According to information supplied to Sheila, James and Mary Ann’s son James Yeo married Dorothea Eliza Green at Neville, New South Wales in 1900 and had five children.
