William Walter Yea (1756–1804, son of William Yea and Julia Trevelyan) married Jane Newman at North Cadbury, Somerset in 1783. They had twelve children, including:

– Jane Newman Yea (1785–1869, married George William Mason)
– Georgiana Yea (1786–1860, married Haynes Gibbes Alleyne, died in France)
– Julia Eleanor Yea (1792–1871, married Francis James Newman Rogers)
– Louisa Yea (1793–1872)
– Charlotte Mary Yea (1795–1847, married Robert Grant)
– Henry Lacy Yea (1798–1864).
William Walter Yea (1784–1862, son of William Walter Yea and Julia Trevelyan) married Anne Heckstetter Michel at Melcombe Regis, Dorset in 1806. They had eight children, including:
– Ann Yea (1806–1877, married George Daw)
– Eleanor Ann Yea (1807–1883)
– Lacy Walter Giles Yea (1808–1855, died in Crimea)
– Charlotte Mary Yea (1813–1883, married Cholmeley Dering)
– Julia Eliza Yea (1815–1855, married Henry Thompson)
– Raleigh Henry Yea (1817–1855, married Ellen Cookson).
