William Yeo [note 1] married Mary Snell at Lansallos in 1843. Their two children were born at Pelynt:
– Elizabeth Mary Yeo (1846–1852)
– William Yeo (see below).
William Yeo (1847–1930, son of William Yeo and Mary Snell) is recorded in Pelynt with his parents in the 1851 census. He married Mary Jane Medlen at Herodsfoot in 1887 [note 2]; they had three children:
– Mary Yeo (1888–1922) [note 3]
– Alfred Yeo (1889–1980, married Ruth Edgcumbe, son Alfred Boyd Yeo, 1914–2010).
– Helen Yeo (1891–1973).
