Notes
1. Married at St Marychurch. Elizabeth was baptised in 1803; her surname is also recorded as Drayton.
2. Married at Ipplepen. Elizabeth was baptised in 1811 and died in 1876 (some researchers incorrectly show her year of death as 1900).
3. Born before George and Mary Jane married, and assumed to be their daughter. There is no record of Emma’s return to England with her father – she married and died in Australia.
4. Recorded as Alfred Yeo. He and his second wife Emma had a daughter Marjory Hazel May Yeo (born 1916, married Vivian Seddon Duus).
5. Samuel is 57 and the return shows a 50-year-old wife Tita Yeo – there is no record of the marriage taking place.
6. Percy helped Sheila Yeo with the original work on this pedigree, as noted at the start of this page.
7. Née Treble, widow of Gordon L. Hargans.
