Samuel Channon Yeo (1845–1935 [note 1], son of James Yeo and Jane Skitch) emigrated to Ontario with his parents and married Elizabeth Jewell. Their seven children were born in Ontario:
– William James Yeo (1872–1890)
– Samuel Channon Yeo (see below)
– Hattie Honor Sarah Jane Yeo (1877–1880)
– Ada Maud Yeo (1880–1968, married Andrew Alexander Walls)
– Allen Alfred Yeo (1882–1961, married Annie Eveline Rowcliffe)
– Mabel Lilian Yeo (1884–1989, married Sidney Willis Wakely)
– Florence Elizabeth Yeo (1887–1972, married Joseph Highfield)
Samuel Channon Yeo (1875–1915, son of Samuel Channon Yeo and Elizabeth Jewell) married Lavinia Croft in 1896. Their two children were born in Port Hope, Ontario:
– George William Yeo (1897–1912)
– Harold Ernest Yeo (see below).
Lavinia, who appears also to have been known as Susie, died in 1900. Samuel married Ida Viola Walls in 1904, with whom he had a further five children:
– Roy Channon Yeo (1905–1992, married Edith Hall Munro, two children)
– Vera Maud Yeo (1905–1975, married Arthur Carl Burgess)
– John Melville Yeo (1908–1912)
– Samuel Malcolm Yeo (1908–1985, married Florence Irene Aldis Young)
– Clifford Walls Yeo (see below).
Harold Ernest Yeo (1899–1987, son of Samuel Channon Yeo and Lavinia Croft) married Maude Forbes. They had two sons:
– Samuel George Edward Yeo (1921–1944, see War deaths)
– Leslie Floyd Yeo (1924–1934).
Harold later married Merle Avery.
Clifford Walls Yeo (1910–2004 [note 2], son of Samuel Channon Yeo and Ida Viola Walls) married Nellie Elizabeth Franklin at Brighton, Ontario in 1932. They had six children including:
– Samuel Franklin Yeo (1933–2014, married Ainslie Elizabeth Bee 1953 and Nancy Carol Bell 1961)
– Melville Robert Yeo (1940–c2010).

1. Second forename sometimes spelt Chammon; this variant also occurs in the names of some of his descendants.
