– Retired clergyman Arthur Leigh Barker at Spearcombe Manor
– Gardener James Gayton at Spearcombe Manor Cottage
– Farmer Ernest Tucker at Middle Spearcombe
– Farmer Frederick Yeo at Higher Spearcombe
– Retired farmer Philip Hopkins at Spearcombe Lodge
– Farmers Charley and John Wilkinson at Spearcombe Lodge Farm.
Thirteen people are listed at Higher Spearcombe, including Frederick Yeo, his wife Ellen and their children Wilfred, Hettie, Lily and Kenneth. Their daughter Margery is living at Spearcombe Lodge with the family of her uncle Philip Hopkins and working as a domestic servant.
Frederick Yeo (1890–1976, son of George Yeo and Annie Richards) had married Ellen Hopkins [note 1] in 1917. They had seven children:

– Margery Annie Yeo (1920–2017, married Gerald Lovering)

– Leslie Yeo (1925–2013, married Camilla Patricia Baker, two daughters)
– Phyllis Yeo (born 1927, married Leslie F Pickard).
