Patrick William Butler married Mary Ann Yeo at the parish church of St Mary Redcliffe, Bristol in 1838. Patrick was a widower, son of Sylvester Butler and Mary Jones.
Mary Ann was a spinster, daughter of Joseph Yeo – according to their marriage certificate.

Can anyone identify Mary Ann’s parents? It has been suggested that she was baptised as Mary Yeo at South Tawton in 1773 to parents Joseph Yeo and Elizabeth Gillard, which would make her about 65 when she married. A census return or a matching death registration for a Mary or Mary Ann Butler would be needed to confirm her age.
