James Yeo (1799–1867, third son of John Yeo and Elizabeth Punchard) was baptised at Atherington and married Elizabeth Smith in Marwood in 1827. They baptised four children at Marwood:
– Thomas Yeo (baptised 1828)
– James Yeo (see below)
– John Yeo (baptised 1834)
– Eliza Yeo (baptised 1835).
James Yeo (1830–1887, son of James Yeo and Elizabeth Smith) married Betsey Laramy and had ten children:
– Eliza Alice Yeo (born 1857)
– Ann Elizabeth Yeo (born 1858)
– James Yeo (see James Yeo – from rags to riches)
– John Yeo (born 1861)
– Alfred Yeo (1861–1934, married Louisa Jackson) [note 1]
– Thomas Yeo (born 1863)
– George Yeo (born 1865)
– Emily Yeo (born 1868)
– Gertrude Yeo (1870–1951, married Herbert William Pooley)
– Herbert William Yeo (1872–1938, married Harriet Florence Gay, one son).

1. Alfred and Louisa and had six children, following which he – and perhaps all his family too – emigrated to Australia. He died in New South Wales.
