James Yeo (1799–1867, third son of John Yeo and Elizabeth Punchard) was baptised at Atherington and married Elizabeth Smith at Marwood in 1827. They baptised four children at Marwood:
– Thomas Yeo (baptised 1828)
– James Yeo (see below)
– John Yeo (baptised 1834)
– Eliza Yeo (baptised 1835).
James Yeo (1830–1887, son of James Yeo and Elizabeth Smith) married Betsey Laramy. They had ten children:
– Eliza Alice Yeo (1857–1926, married John Coats)
– Ann Elizabeth Yeo (1858–1885)
– James Yeo
– John Yeo (born 1860, appears to have died as a child)
– Alfred Yeo (see below)
– Thomas Yeo (1863–1894)
– George Yeo (1865–1882)
– Emily Yeo (1868–1940)
– Gertrude Yeo (1870–1941, married Herbert William Pooley)
– Herbert William Yeo (see below).
Alfred Yeo (1861–1934, son of James Yeo and Betsey Laramy) married Louisa Jackson. Their six children were born in England before they emigrated:
– Annie Priscilla Yeo (1884–1927, married James Wilson Dott, died in South Africa)
– Alfred James Yeo (see below)
– John Laramy Yeo (1887–1954, married Denise Speer, died in Australia)
– Herbert Jackson Yeo (1888–1917) [note 1]
– Reginald Stanley Yeo (1891–1892)
– Sydney Thomas Yeo (1894–1895).
Alfred and Louisa emigrated to South Africa about 1905 with their four surviving children; they moved to Australia in 1907, and both died in New South Wales.
Herbert William Yeo (1872–1938, son of James Yeo and Betsey Laramy) married Harriet Florence Gay. They had two children:
– Florence Yeo (born 1901)
– James Yeo (born 1906).
Alfred James Yeo (1885–1971, son of Alfred Yeo and Louisa Jackson) married Kathleen Mary Flynn in New South Wales in 1946. They had a son:
– Reginald Stanley Yeo (1922–2015, married Joan Bernadette Tyler and Doreen May Harris née Keft) [note 1].
