William John Yeo and Phyllis Symons

The 1939 Register lists the residents of the Public Assistance Institution at Pages Cross, Launceston [note 1]. One of the people recorded there is 67-year-old widower William J. Yeo, described as a ‘general labourer (incapacitated)’.

William John Yeo (1872–1945) was a son of William Yeo and his second wife Mary Ann Bartlett. He married Phyllis Symons in 1913 – there is no record of their having had children.
