William Yeo married Sarah Cole at the parish church of St John the Baptist, Cardiff in 1869. They pose a number of questions for researchers.
William’s origins are not clear, and there is no record of his death in Wales or England. His marriage certificate records his father as Thomas Yeo, a labourer, and the 1871 census records him as a 29-year-old railway stoker born in Devon. Sheila Yeo recorded his parents as Thomas Yeo and Grace Knill, which appears to be accurate, even though his birth was not registered and no baptism record has been found
William and Sarah have not been found in Welsh and English records after 1871.
