William Yeo was baptised at Pawlett in 1672 to parents George and Phoebe Yeo. He married Mary Boone [note 1] in the same parish in 1704 and was buried there in 1751. According to research by Sheila Yeo, William and Mary had one son:
– William Yeo (see below).
William Yeo (1706–1751, son of William Yeo and Mary Boone) married Mary Dunstan [note 2]. They had a son:
– George Yeo (see below)
George Yeo (1740–1775, son of William Yeo and Mary Dunstan) married Jane Uphill at Kewstoke in 1760. They had a son:
– George Yeo (1761–1819, married Betty Good [note 3] and Ann Good).

2. A marriage licence was issued in the diocese of Bath and Wells on 22 Apr 1740, but no record of the marriage has been found.
3. Six children from George’s marriage to Betty Good were baptised at Puriton between 1783 and 1792, including Jane Yeo (1783–1857, married Joseph Good) and Sarah Yeo (1785–1863).
