The 1901 census records 27-year-old married woman Lillian Ida Greene at 68 Buckingham Gate, Westminster. She is described as the head of the household, which does not explain the absence of her husband William Greene, a surgeon who she had married in Dublin in 1893. There are two other women in the house: Lillian’s 21-year-old unmarried sister Edith Cecilia Yeo and 26-year-old Irish-born domestic servant Mary Josepha Rowe.
Edith Cecilia Yeo (1897–1911) was also born in Ireland. She married actor and singer Sydney Owen Mannering in Essex in 1902 [note 1].
Lillian and Edith were daughters of Henry Vivian Yeo and Emily Alice Davies, who married in London in 1870 before returning to Henry’s home in Ireland. For more information see A Yeo Family of Ireland by Mike Darch and David Yaw.

1. Sydney’s surname has also been recorded as Mainwaring. He travelled extensively, was recorded in Australia in 1922, and appears to have died there.
