Scott, whose original name is not known, was born in Siberia in 1992, but adopted as a young child by American couple Charles Yeo and Theresa Yeo née Pluth. The family lived in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
Scott died in 2021 at the age of 28. He was buried at Lakeview Cemetery in Two Harbors, Minnesota, and his obituary was published in the Philadelphia Inquirer for 4 March 2021.
