Sarah Elizabeth Yeo was baptised at the parish church of St Mary the Virgin, Plaistow in 1834. The parish register records her parents as William and Sarah Yeo, who have not been identified.
Sarah appears to have had a son William Lewis Yeo (1852–1854).
Sarah married Joseph William West at the parish church of All Saints, West Ham in 1857. They had eight children between 1858 and 1875; Joseph died in 1882 and Sarah lived until 1912.
