The name John Thomas Yeo was given to seven boys born in London between 1841 and 1898 and to one boy born in Guernsey in 1841 who moved to London with his parents. A number of online trees show incorrect details for them and they have often been confused with each other [note 1]:

2. John Thomas Yeo, 1841–1908, married Amelia Cooper and Mary Ann Barham née Tomlinson
3. John Thomas Yeo, born 1863, married Eliza Wiffin and Mary Ann Harmer née Murphy
4. John Thomas Yeo, 1864–1925, married Edith Douglas Myhill
5. John Thomas Yeo, 1873–1873 (son of John Thomas Yeo and Sophia Godfrey, see 1 above)
6. John Thomas Yeo, 1883–1937 (son of John Thomas Yeo and Eliza Wiffin, see 3 above), married Florence Maud Southgate
7. John Thomas Yeo, 1898–1967 (grandson of John Thomas Yeo and Sophia Godfrey, see 1 above), married Emily Ada Alice Samways

1. This is not an exclusive of boys called John Thomas Yeo. There have been at least nine others, including one born in Canada and one born in the United States.
