John Philip Yeo and Mary Jane Gillard

William and Jane Dyer are recorded in the 1911 census return for 4 Gaskell Street in Newport, Monmouthshire. William is 40, was born in Bath and works as a labourer, apparently working from home for a sheet iron manufacturer. Jane is 42, and was born in Newport. Listed with them are four of Jane’s children, recorded as unmarried stepchildren of the head of the household, and all born in Newport: William Yeo (age 20), Gladys Yeo (17), Philip Yeo (9), Edwin Yeo (6). William appears to be working with his stepfather and Gladys is described as a laundress.
