John Yeo, son of Humphrey Yeo and Marion Trim, was baptised in the parish of St Stephen, near Launceston, in 1718. He married Ann Vrain there in 1741 and moved to Stoke Damerel, where they had three children:
– Charles Yeo (see below)
– Ann Yeo (baptised 1751)
– John Yeo (baptised 1755).
Charles Yeo (1748–1816, son of John Yeo and Ann Vrain) married Joanna Williams and Elizabeth Calloway. There were three children from his first marriage, who were baptised at Stoke Damerel:
– Charles Yeo (baptised 1774, married Jane Stephens, seven children including John Stephens Yeo, 1808–1875 [note 1])
– John Yeo (see below)
– William Yeo (1779–1856, married Charlotte Westwood Keast, three daughters).
John Yeo, son of Charles Yeo and Elizabeth Calloway, was baptised at Stoke Damerel in 1777. He became an auctioneer, married Jane Macey Ross, and had four children:
– Joanna Calloway Yeo (married Joseph Hardy at Stoke Damerel in 1829)
– Daniel Ross Yeo (see Daniel Ross Yeo and Charlotte Brown)
– Lavina Caroline Morris Yeo
– John Charles Thomas Punshon Yeo (see below).
John Charles Thomas Punshon Yeo (son of John Yeo and Jane Macey Ross) married Amelia Wallis. Their first son was born in Plymouth:
– John Charles Henry Yeo (baptised 1834 at Stoke Damerel)
and they then moved to London, where their other six children were born:
– George Robinson James Yeo (see below)
– Robert Calder Yeo (1839–1840)
– Robert Wallis Yeo (1841–1841)
– Amelia Eliza Yeo (1842–1866, married Charles Clarke)
– Emily Yeo (1845–1887, married Nathan Henry Oakman)
– Benjamin Yeo (born 1850) [note 2].
George Robinson James Yeo (1837–1901, son of John Charles Thomas Punshon Yeo and Amelia Wallis) married Ann Martin. They had six children:
– George Alma Yeo (1856–1921)
– Laura Amelia Yeo (1860–1899, married Edward Bowkett)
– Alfred William Yeo
– Mary Adelaide Yeo (born 1866, married Alfred Barker)
– Charles Henry Yeo (1869–1940, married Elizabeth Caroline Wall)
– Ernest James Yeo (1872–1949, married Lily Beckley, two sons)

Notes
1. John married Mary Ann Humberstone and emigrated to Australia with her and their children. He is recorded as John Stevens Yeo in his obituary published in the South Australia Register on 31 May 1875.
