There have been two women with this name.
The elder Grace Yeo Harding was baptised in the north Devon parish of Woolfardisworthy in 1821 to parents John Harding (1786–1847) and Thomazine Short (1791–1864) [note 1]. She married Daniel Cann at a nonconformist ceremony in Holsworthy in 1869 [note 2] and lived until 1900.
Daniel and Grace had a daughter Grace Yeo Harding, born at Woolfardisworthy in 1863. She appears not to have married; she died in Bideford in 1929.

Notes
1. Her second forename presumably came from her maternal grandmother Grace Yeo (1768–1803), who married Thomas Short at Woolfardisworthy in 1790.
2. Grace had an older sister Thomazine Yeo Harding (1827–1909), who married twice – she first married James Prance at Woolfardisworthy in 1826 and after his death married John Tucker at the register office in Great Torrington in 1884.
