Charles Yeo and Lucy Ann Wyatt

Please read About Families before using any of the information on this page.

Charles Yeo (1864–1952) [note 1] was the second of three sons of Thomas Yeo and Margery Creeper Lane.

He appears to have taken leave from the Royal Marines [note 2] to marry Lucy Ann Wyatt [note 3] at Plymouth Register Office in 1892 – or perhaps he was stationed at Plymouth. He would have needed permission from his commanding officer to marry.

Charles and Lucy had seven children:
– William Yeo (1892–1892)
– Elsie Jane Yeo (born 1893)
– William Alfred Wyatt Yeo (1895–1964, married Rose Amy Pike, five children)
– Frederick Leonard Yeo (1897–1902)
– Edward James Noah Yeo (1902–1982, married Alice Mary Gibbs, three children)
– Margery Eveline Elizabeth Yeo (1904–1977, married George William Bell)
– Kathleen Annie Yeo (1906–1994, married Archibald Gorman).
