Henry Walter (1688–1758, son of Richard Walter and Eulalia Sharsell) was a relative of researcher Reg Walter, and the discovery of his marriage led to Reg Walter’s keen interest in Yeos from the parish of Bradworthy.
In 1742, Henry married Emm Yeo of Bradworthy (1690–1773, daughter of Richard Yeo and Mary Cann). They lived at East Blatchborough and had six children.
