James Yeo (1827–1903, son of James Yeo and Damaris Sargent) married Sarah Jane Glover in Prince Edward Island in 1854. They had ten children:

– William Arthur Yeo (1865–1950, married Eva Mae Boates, eleven children [note 1])
– James Folland Yeo (1869–1905)
– Collingwood Scott Yeo (see below)
– Louisa Gertrude Yeo (1874–1880).
Herbert Yeo (1857–1952, son of James Yeo and Sarah Jane Glover) married twice. With his first wife Mary Johnston he had five children, of whom two survived to adulthood:
– Percy Yeo (1889–1957)
– May Edith Blanche Yeo (1894–1963, married Harry Johnson).
Herbert and his second wife Mary Jane Yeo [note 2] had ten children:
– Cedric Arnold Yeo (1905–1987, married Ruth Iris Clark, three children)
– Loman Winfield Yeo (1907–1985)
– Beatrice Yeo (1908–2007, married twice, died in the United States)
– Mary Alleyne Yeo (1909–1957)
– Alma Lois Yeo (1911–1998, married Harry McCallum)
– John Thornton Yeo (1912–2006, married Isabel Campbell)
– Adele Yeo (1914–2004, married twice)
– Arthur Edgerton Yeo (1915–1997, married Anne Linkletter)
– Nora Yeo (1916–2009, married Charles Butzberger)
– Isabelle Yeo (1917–2008, married Raymond Dourley).
Collingwood Scott Yeo (1873–1966, son of James Yeo and Sarah Jane Glover) married Cora Pearle Balum, with whom he had seven children, including:
– Claude John Yeo (1902–1981, married Gladys Margaret Bryant, nine children)
– Mary Edwina Yeo (1904–1979, married George McKinnon)
– Gerald Collingwood Yeo (1907–1992, married Eva Louise Kilbride, twelve children).
