William Thomas Archibald Yeo was a grandson of Thomas Yeo and Rebecca Matthews of Brinkworth, Wiltshire. He was baptised at the parish church of St Augustine, Swindon on 22 August 1885 to parents William Yeo and Ellen Yeo of 13 Henry Street, Swindon.
William appears to have lived in Swindon until moving to Brighton, where he married Emily Mary Welfare in 1908. They had three children:
– William Henry Yeo (1909–1990)
– Frederick George Yeo (1910–1980, died in Canada)
– Winifred May Yeo (born 1917).
No death record has been found for William. Emily lived until 1957.
