The 1939 Register lists this couple and their three sons at 23 Princess Street, Exeter. Richard is 41 and is working as a wholesale confectioner. Josephine is 43 and her occupation is ‘unpaid domestic duties’.
Kenneth Malcolm Yeo (1898–1956, son of Frederick Jackson Yeo and Henrietta May Wood) had married Josephine Marie van Boven in London in 1920 [note 1]. Their sons were:
– Richard Kenneth Louis Yeo (1920–2010, married Isobel Joan Holden)
– Robert Douglas Yeo (1924–1979)
– David Malcolm Yeo (1926–1951).
Josephine later married Frank Draper in 1961.
